At Magna Aluminum Profile, we create complex and robust aluminum products used in industries such as construction, transportation, consumer goods and more.

Our fully automated 9” 28.5 MN Press allows us to produce top tier aluminum profile that conforms to the highest levels of industry standards.

Sustainable development

Our facility promotes the use of renewable energy from hydro electric power.

Through innovative technology we have also eliminated the need of natural gas in our process.

With ongoing efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the aluminum transformation process, we ensure the use of low-carbon aluminum billet as well as billet with recycled content.

Supply of Standard Aluminum profiles through the distribution centres of Canadian Specialty Metals.

Tapered heating of Billet to Stabilize the Mechanical Properties.

Quench or air cool the profile to ensure consistent and conforming mechanical properties.
